This is the Cuff Wrap Reinforcement for the Intuition V2 liner.

It will also fit on the Intuition Skate Premium liner.

The velcro on the Cuff Wrap sticks right on the intuition liner, if you want to use this Cuff Wrap on any other brand liner then this is possible, but it will be harder to keep it in place. double sided tape is adviced.

The Yellow V2 Cuff Wrap is thicker then the standard black V2 Cuff Wrap. It offers more support and stiffness and also fills the liner up with more volume.
